I am an Indiana attorney practicing primarily in divorce, adoption and custody litigation.
I am also a Certified Family Law Specialist by the Family Law Certification Board of the Indiana State Bar Association, a Registered Domestic Relations Mediator (which means I can mediate divorce and family law cases) and a trained Collaborative Divorce Professional.
I started this blog in 2009 to publish relevant content regarding Indiana Family Law issues. Family law has been my primary area of practice for my entire legal career and I am passionate about this area of law and in keeping current on the cases, statutes and changes that affect Indiana divorce, custody, support and adoption law.
